Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Angelfish Homes LLC, doing business as Angelfish Composites ("we," "us," or "our") collects through angelfishhomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your composites.

What we collect

When you use our quote and payment forms, or email us, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Billing details: your billing address.
• School and order details: school name and location, selected grades, package, design choices, and order notes.
• Files you send us: photos, logos, rosters, and other files for your composite.
• Payment: payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks. Your card or bank details go directly to Intuit, not to us. We only receive confirmation of the payment and basic details such as the amount and payer name.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote.
• To design, produce, and deliver your composites.
• To send invoices and process payments.
• To communicate with you about your order.

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are stored with our website hosting provider, Netlify, and in our business records. Payment information is held by Intuit QuickBooks. Access is limited to our team members who need it to work on your order. We keep information only as long as needed to complete your order and to maintain our business and tax records, and then we delete it.

We don't sell your information

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business (such as Netlify for website hosting and forms, and Intuit for payments), or when required by law.

Student photos

Photos of students are used only to create that school's or team's composite project. We do not use them for marketing, advertising, or samples without permission.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics tools. Our hosting provider may use essential technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the Site securely, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Our QuickBooks payment page is run by Intuit and is covered by Intuit's own privacy policy.

Children

The Site is meant for photographers, schools, coaches, and parents or other adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Student photos and names are provided to us by schools, photographers, or parents for composite projects.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing us at support@angelfishhomes.com. We'll respond as soon as we can. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as for tax purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
