This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") explains the rules for using the quote and payment tools on angelfishhomes.com (the "Site"). The Site is run by Angelfish Homes LLC, doing business as Angelfish Composites ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is meant for photographers, schools, coaches, and parents or other adults ordering photo composites. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of adulthood where you live) and able to enter into this Agreement. If you use the Site for a school, team, or business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
Please give us accurate and complete information, such as your name, email, school details, and billing address, and let us know if anything changes. We aren't responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
When you send us photos, logos, rosters, or other files, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including any needed permission from the people shown in the photos (or their parents or guardians) and from the owners of any school or team logos.
You keep ownership of your files. You give us permission to use, copy, edit, and print them only to design, produce, and deliver your composites and to communicate with you about your order. We will not use them for anything else, such as marketing, without your permission.
Prices and details shown on the Site or in a quote are estimates. A quote becomes final only after we review it and confirm it with you, and you approve it. We may correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions.
Payments are processed by QuickBooks, a service of Intuit Inc. When you pay, you'll be taken to a secure QuickBooks payment page, and your payment is subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number or bank account details.
Because each composite is custom-made, we handle changes, cancellations, and refunds case by case. If you need to change or cancel an order or have a problem with it, please contact us at support@angelfishhomes.com as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make it right.
Please don't misuse the Site. For example, don't upload content you don't have rights to, content that is unlawful or offensive, or anything harmful such as viruses, and don't try to interfere with the Site or access areas you aren't authorized to use.
We work hard to keep the Site running well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Angelfish Homes LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Angelfish Homes LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We'd always prefer to resolve concerns informally, so please contact us first.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Agreement.
